ChainPatrol is thrilled to announce that we are one of the recipients of the Optimism RetroPGF 3 grants program.
Toronto, ON – ChainPatrol (https://chainpatrol.io/), a Web3 security platform that detects, blocks, and takes down threats across social and domains, has been selected as one of the recipients of the Optimism RetroPGF 3 grants program.
The Optimism Collective’s third round of Retroactive Public Goods Funding (RetroPGF) took place in the fall of 2023. RetroPGF 3 allocated 30m OP tokens to reward contributions that have supported the development and adoption of Optimism.
ChainPatrol was selected to receive the grant from a pool of hundreds of applicants, who were evaluated by Optimism badgeholders. The large applicant pool was reduced to the top 250 projects, and each of those projects received grants of varying amounts. ChainPatrol was awarded 49,000 Optimism (OP) tokens.
This Optimism RetroPGF 3 grant is an endorsement of ChainPatrol’s innovative product, and of the impact that ChainPatrol has already had on the Optimism Collective and in the Web3 and Superchain ecosystem.
With the financial support provided by the Optimism RetroPGF 3 grant, ChainPatrol will continue to develop and implement security features that enhance detection, blocking, and takedown of threats across social media and domains. ChainPatrol’s platform and services will continue to become more robust, creating a safer and more secure environment for the Optimism Community.
