Your customers cannot tell your login page from the fake one.

ChainPatrol is a fully managed brand protection platform. Banks, fintechs, online casinos, consumer apps, and crypto companies use it to find and remove the fake websites, phishing links, and impersonator accounts targeting their customers. Threats get blocked in browsers and wallets within 15 minutes of detection, then removed at the source.

The same attack runs against a bank, a sportsbook, a payments app, and a crypto exchange. A domain one character off the real one. A support account that replies faster than yours. A checkout page that takes the money and disappears. Only the branding changes.

Who does ChainPatrol protect?

ChainPatrol protects brands in financial services and banking, fintech and payments, consumer and DTC, regulated gaming and casinos, and crypto.

The threat set barely changes from one industry to the next. ChainPatrol monitors and files takedowns on:

  • Lookalike domains and phishing pages

  • Cloned apps and app store listings

  • Fake support accounts

  • Impersonated executives and staff

  • Fake storefronts and rogue affiliates

  • Paid search ads pointing at any of the above

Coverage runs across domains, social platforms, app stores, marketplaces, messaging apps, and paid search.

What changes by industry is which threat shows up first.

  • A bank sees lookalike login domains

  • A sportsbook sees fake bonus pages before every promotion

  • A DTC brand sees storefronts built on its own product photography

Every one of them sees staff impersonation.

How does ChainPatrol operate?

Fully managed, not a tool you run

After onboarding, your team submits nothing and chases nothing. Detection review, report filing, platform escalation, and follow-up are handled by ChainPatrol staff. You get a named reporting manager, a monthly threat review, and a dashboard showing what was found and removed.

Legal authority to file on your behalf

Onboarding includes a limited power of attorney, brand authorization documents, and your trademark records. That paperwork is what lets ChainPatrol file takedowns directly with registrars, hosts, and platforms without routing every request back through your legal team. It is also why removal runs on our clock instead of your legal department’s.

Detection and takedown detail sits on the solution pages: fake domains, social media impersonation, and employee impersonation. The integrations page lists every platform where blocking and reporting are live.

Who built ChainPatrol?

ChainPatrol was founded in 2022 by Nikita Varabei (CEO), Umar Ahmed (CTO), and Vito Giovannetti (COO). All three came out of security and applied AI, and all three had watched the same pattern play out: a brand builds trust with its customers, someone clones the brand, and the brand finds out from the complaints.

The first customers were crypto companies, where impersonation moves fastest and the money is gone in one click. What became clear is that the pattern is not specific to crypto at all. A fake bank login page, a fake casino bonus site, and a fake wallet drainer are the same attack wearing different clothes, and the same detection and takedown machinery works on all three.

Today ChainPatrol protects brands across financial services, fintech, consumer, regulated gaming, and crypto, with dedicated teams for detection, takedown operations, engineering, and customer success. The company is headquartered in Toronto and works remotely.

What ChainPatrol is not

ChainPatrol is not a smart contract auditor, an onchain analytics tool, or a blockchain forensics firm. The work is brand protection: fake sites, fake accounts, phishing infrastructure, and impersonation of your company and your staff.

FAQ

Common questions about ChainPatrol

How ChainPatrol detects threats, blocks them in minutes, and takes them down at the source.

General

ChainPatrol finds and removes the fake websites, phishing links, and impersonator accounts that target a brand and its customers. Detection runs across domains, social platforms, app stores, and paid search. Phishing and fake domains get blocked in browsers and wallets first, then removed at the source.

ChainPatrol works with financial services and banking, fintech and payments, consumer and DTC brands, regulated gaming and online casinos, and crypto. Published case studies cover work across several of these.

No. ChainPatrol started with crypto customers and most of its customers are now outside crypto, concentrated in fintech, banking, online gaming, and consumer apps. The detection and takedown work is identical regardless of industry, because a fake login page and a fake wallet site are the same attack pattern.

After onboarding, your team does nothing. ChainPatrol staff handle detection review, report filing, platform escalation, and follow-up, with a dedicated reporting manager and monthly threat reviews. You get a dashboard to see what was found and removed, not a queue to work through.

Detection

Phishing sites and fake domains get blocked within 15 minutes of detection, based on ChainPatrol's own takedown data. Blocking happens at the browser and wallet level, so users are protected immediately. Full removal follows on the registrar's or platform's timeline, typically hours for domains and longer for social accounts.
